2.有意向的合格投標人可從2021年8月26日起至2021年9月2日每天（節假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B售標書處購買招標文件，本招標文件售$150，售后不退。
Qualified tenderers who are interested in the Project may come to buy the IFB documents at the price of $150 at 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, P. R. China from August 26, 2021 to September 2, 2021 9:00-11:30a.m. & 2:30-5:00p.m. every day (Beijing Time) (holidays and festivals excluded). IFB documents which have been sold out may not be returned.
1.所有投標文件應于2021年9月16日上午9：30（北京時間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國際招標有限公司開標室。（由于疫情原因，本項目采用郵寄的方式接收投標文件，請各位投標供應商于開標時間前郵寄至：中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B（以快遞送達時間為準）如快遞送到時間超過開標時間，將被拒收。）
Tenderers shall submit their tender documents to the bid-announcing room of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before 9:30a.m. of September 16, 2021 (Beijing Time). (Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, postal service is preferred here. Tenderers shall, before the time for bid opening, mail their tender documents to 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, P. R. China (the time when tender documents arrive at the said place; documents arriving later than the bid-opening time will be refused).
2.定于2021年9月16日上午9：30（北京時間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B開標室公開開標。
Bid opening will be made publicly in the bid-opening room located at 27B, Baishida Building, 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China at 9:30a.m. of September 16, 2021 as scheduled.
3.按照商務部要求，投標人必須經注冊成為其會員才可以參加投標，注冊之前請先和招標網負責人劉杰萬經理聯系確認，電話13261902952、010-58851111轉762，從購買標書到最終出中標結果的所有程序都需要在此網上進行。因此投標人若參加國際標的投標必須在中國國際招標網上注冊并保證通過年檢。
As required by the Ministry of Commerce, tenderers shall first get registered as a member of the ministry before participating in the Project. To get registered, tenderers shall firstly contact manager Liu Jiewan who is in charge of the bidding website by calling 0086-13261902952 or 0086-10-58851111 ext. 762. All the procedures of bidding for this Project, from the purchase of bidding documents to the award of contract, shall be made through this website. Therefore, it is mandatory for tenderers to get registered on such website and pass the annual inspection if they want to participate in international projects.
